MCD has a strong 40 years of experience in manufacturing PHE gaskets for all the Brands with latest technology and well controlled process that made them the leader in the European market.MCD have joined hands with M/S Nitrile India Pvt Ltd in October,2008 to form MCD Nitrile India Pvt Ltd with a mission to focus on the domestic market with a strong commitment to cater to the requirements of quality PHE Gaskets of our country's valued customers and thus become a true leader in the field of PHE Gasket. Nitrile India Pvt Ltd,Kolkata is well known for the quality of its production and by combining the 40 years old knowledge and experience of MCD , QUALITY and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION has been our key objective and will continue to be at the top level to meet the valued domestic customers' requirement for Gaskets for all sorts of application . MCDNI full fledged and well equipped manufacturing unit of international repute is located in Falta SEZ(Special Economy Zone) , 70 kms south from Kolkata , West Bengal , India with an installed capacity of 1,80,000 gaskets per annum.

Broad Selection – MCD manufactures over 600 different gaskets in 9 different materials, covering the product lines of most major Plate Heat Exchanger Manufacturers in India like Alfa Laval, Gea, Tranter, Sondex, APV, Vicarb, Fischer. We produce gaskets for both Industrial use and Food Grade application mainly in NBR/EPDM/VITON.

Production Facility – In its Falta works MCDNI has 1 Mixing Mill & 2 Extruders, 4 Double Presses & 2 Post Curing Ovens,1 small lab( for inspection that consists of 2 no of small oven and 1 small Press ).The lab is also equipped with 2 set of Compression test units and units for measuring Shore Hardness of the gasket. A total work force of 16 committed staffs in the organization.
