As we are constantly improving our performance, we have initiated a methodology in our factory, based on 5S . This method, "MOP" (Maintain a Clean Organization or "Maintenir Une Organisation Propre) put cleanliness, tidiness, discipline and efficiency at the heart of each process. This ensures a clean and safe environment to guarantee optimum quality of our products and services to our Customers.

MCD is an environmental friendly company:

Where will the waste from plates, gaskets, chemical, deposits end?
Our waste water plant treats 10 m3 per day. The water exiting our plants is cleaner and clearer than the river into which it is vented
Our chemical treatment baths and other liquid or solid wastes are totally managed with MCD (follow up, sorting, ….)
Rubber waste is a source of clean energy
Cracked plates are recycled
Refurbished plates start a new life cycle

This focus on environmental issues allowed MCD to obtain with ease the compulsory license required to operate its business.
